Commercial Security Services in Halifax and Dartmouth
Commercial security services delivered across Halifax and Dartmouth from Northeastern's head office in Burnside Industrial Park.
Northeastern Protection Service is headquartered at 250 Brownlow Avenue in Dartmouth’s Burnside Industrial Park — which means for most commercial clients in Halifax Regional Municipality, our technicians, patrol vehicles and management are minutes away, not dispatched from Toronto or Montreal. We’ve protected HRM businesses and institutions from this base since 1983.
What We Provide Across HRM
Every Northeastern service is delivered locally from the Dartmouth head office: commercial video surveillance, access control, intrusion alarms with ULC-listed monitoring, uniformed security guards, mobile patrol and alarm response, VisionGuard™ remote video monitoring, private investigations, and system service and maintenance.
Where We Work in Halifax Regional Municipality
Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford, Sackville, Cole Harbour, Hammonds Plains, Eastern Passage and the surrounding communities. Our own backyard — Burnside Industrial Park — is one of the largest industrial parks in Atlantic Canada, and warehouse, distribution and light-industrial operators there make up a natural part of our patrol and alarm response routes: response times to Burnside addresses are among the fastest we offer.
